Welcome to Alex Tighe Photography– We provide our online services subject to the following conditions:
Product Descriptions
We try to describe our products as accurately as possible within reasonable limits. However, we do not guarantee that our descriptions on this site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition (see Returns Policy below). Unfortunately for hygienic reasons we are not able to accept returns of earrings under any circumstances.
Shipping & Handling
We are usually able to despatch orders within ten to fifteen working days of receipt of payment. This may be longer for custom made items or during holiday period. All items will be posted within the UK using Royal Mail Delivery.
VAT
We currently do not charge VAT on our items.
Returns Policy
With some exceptions, all items may be returned to us for full refund (excluding shipping & handling charges); provided that this is done within 15 working days and the goods are in their original packaging. Returns after this date are at our discretion. The exceptions are: special orders and earrings. Defective goods may be returned for exchange or full refund, provided that they are returned to us within 15 working days of receipt and in their original packaging. No returns are accepted WITHOUT OUR PRIOR AUTHORISATION by phone or email.
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal and BACS.
Our Privacy Pledge
It is our policy to respect your internet privacy. Alex Tighe Photography does not sell its customer lists to any third party organisations.
E-mail Communications
When visiting our website or sending emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

All of our photography and designs are original and is subject to copyright law.

All images and text on our website are copyright. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without our express permission. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Alex Tighe Photography and is protected by copyright law.

Alex Tighe Photography grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this site. You must not download (other than printed pages for personal reference) or make commercial use of or modify it, or any part of it, except with our express written permission.
